Our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is where we store and ship all of our merchandise.

Orders from within the United States

All domestic orders are shipped free of charge by USPS from our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. Please wait 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Free shipping takes 3-4 business days to arrive anywhere in the United States via USPS First Class Mail.

For a small fee of $7.25, we now offer a quick 1-2 day shipping option via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders purchased before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are shipped the same day.

 

We ship to residential, commercial, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

Orders from Around the World

Within 1-2 days after purchase, all foreign orders are dispatched straight to you from our office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, by DHL or USPS. The delivery time and speed are determined by the delivery location. The majority of shipments will arrive in 4-11 days. During the checkout process, you will be given a delivery time estimate.

Important: When your delivery arrives in your country, you may be charged import taxes or charges. We are not responsible for paying any import or customs duties; the recipient of the order is responsible for these expenses.

Information on Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as you place your order. Orders purchased before 3 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are shipped the same day. You'll receive an additional email with tracking information after your product has been sent.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Glowfinity.com. We will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order once it has delivered. As a result, to begin a return, please contact us at Info@Glowfinity.
